Dynamic Shelving Returns Policy

Being Bespoke this product is made especially for you. We can only except a return if the product has been damaged during the delivery process. If that is the case we would instigate our returns exchange policy after notification of the damage. Please see below for more information on our return’s policy.

Returns

All returns due to damage must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date to sales@dynamic-shelving.co.uk. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging with returns lables attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@dynamic-shelving.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your

REFUNDS

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process you
rreturn or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
